WiseTube brings free educational videos for ages 4 and up into one curated library. Find preschool, elementary and junior high learning by topic. Parent controls let you choose age groups and hide films, while kids pick what to watch without autoplay, Shorts or comments.

Chosen to teach
Educational videos from teachers, scientists and storytellers are sorted into three age groups. Explore science, math, reading, history and more, with films chosen for what kids can learn.
A sealed player
The player has no YouTube logo, no links out, no comments, and no suggestions from YouTube. When a film ends, your child chooses what comes next.
Stays on this device
Profiles, your PIN, progress and settings live in this browser. There are no accounts and WiseTube collects no analytics.
You are in control
A PIN protects parent settings. Lock a profile, keep younger kids in their own age group, hide any film, or add your own.
Educational videos by age
Each child gets the films for their group. A parent can let them peek at older groups, or lock them out.

Playback, privacy and your library
Can my child end up on YouTube?
No. Films play in a sealed player, and channel pages stay inside WiseTube. Nothing in the app links out to youtube.com.
Will my child see ads?
WiseTube shows none of its own. Some creators' films can still carry YouTube ads, which is up to YouTube and that creator, and something we can't switch off.
What is on a channel's page?
For channels with many great films, the channel page also lists everything else they have published for that age group. Home, Topics and Search only ever show the hand-picked films. You can turn the full list off for any channel in Parent settings.
Why won't a film play?
Some creators switch off playing outside YouTube. WiseTube tells your child, offers something else to watch, and hides that film on this device.
How do I add a film?
Open Parent settings, paste a YouTube link, and choose an age group and topics. Shorts and live streams are refused.
How do I move to another device?
In Parent settings, Move this library exports your profiles, PIN, added and hidden films, and progress to a file you can import anywhere.
Where is my child's data stored?
Profiles, progress, your PIN and settings stay in this browser on this device. WiseTube has no analytics. Videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced player, and thumbnails and channel images load from Google's image services. YouTube may set cookies when a video plays.
